Deworming small yorkie pup
Hi all. It was suggested I post this here for any info or opinion.
Hazel has had her first shots and her first booster shots. She is over 2 and a half months old now. Normally they have their deworming by now but the vet says she is too small. She is 1.6 lbs. I am concerned that the lack of deworming is holding her back from growing at a decent rate. Is it true that she is too small for deworming?

Ive never heard of being too young to deworm because alot of breeders deworm their young pups. I also have never heard that lack of deworming causes them not to grow and I think thats inaccurate

I commented on your other post about this but my girl is 1.3 at 10 1/2 weeks old. Was 15 oz at 8 weeks and was smaller than that at 6 weeks when my breeder started her worming.
