| Beware of recipes you find online as they are often made by pet owners and not balanced. Two good sources of information are www.balanceit.com and www.petdiets.com The Purina NF is another food besides K/d

| I home cook, but Katie has no health issues that I am aware of. Because your pup has kidney issues, a consult with a vet nutritionist would be important. I use BalanceIt to supplement the home cooked meals, is Katie's meals are nutritionally balanced. I wish you and your pup good health. https://secure.balanceit.com/tools/r...tor/index.php? https://www.petdiets.com/Consultation

| You would need to get a recipe from a vet nutritionist that takes your dogs issues into mind. It will require a supplement to make sure your dog is getting what they need. Feeding in unbalanced home cooked meal is really bad for them.
