YorkieTalk Newbie! | hope for yorkie liver shunt.!!! Long ago I asked of anyone with a Yorkie with a Liver Shunt and hope for relief other than the surgery required, which I coul not afford. I by accident found something that has made Leilani ( my Yorkie) feel and act as if she has nothing wrong. Eating bran cereal one morning, Leilani wanted some, so I made her a bowl... It than became ritual that she had her cereal at the same time I did. Following her lead, I gave her bran cereal each and every morrning. After a few days I noticed she had started jumping, barking, playing etc. like she used to. I haven't found anything better that a "ALL BRAN BUDS " breakfast, I have since taken her off her gernalac with great success. Hope and love to all you and your Yorkies with this condition, it is the only thing that has made a difference with my baby. |
