| I have looked at past threads but still I can not find the answer to my question. Do you feel Natures Variety Frozen Raw Bites have too much fat and protein for our babies? |

| My two eat natures variety raw and love it. No problems except with the lamb - it was a little to rich for Zoey. Once I tried dehydrated Stella & Chewys and Zoey ended up with pancreatitis. The dehydrated was way too high in fat for her. We just stay with regular raw with no problems.

My Princess recently got sick again w/colitis & she also needs to be on a low fat diet. I was giving her premade raw for 1 meal...I don't think it was ok for her. The vet tested her for pancreatitis bc if I'm not careful, her colitis can escalate into pancreatitis. No more premade raw or canned food for her, they're too high in fat. She was doing great for a few weeks (small firm poopies) but I gave her canned food for her other meal mixed w/kibble & it triggered the attack. I think it was the accumulation of the fats, she just couldn't handle it.

| Ohhh I totally misread your post sorry! I thought you meant your little one had pancreatitis...not all dogs get it. As long your dog has normal blood panels & urinalysis, they should do excellent w/premade raw.
