| Ear itching Hi My poor Fidget has now got sore ears he skin infection cleared up on his belly with me changing his food he now has raw dog food by Natural instinct which he loves. But for the last week he has been scratching at his ears and shaking his head. They look really red inside and have a few scabs where he has scratched so much. They smell a little bit as well. He hasnt got much fur in them as he has that plucked. I have been using watered down vinegar since yesterday so im not sure if I should keep on doing that or try something else? will this go or will it be another trip to the vets. Also another quick question with the natural instinct food I have been giving him 200g a day do you think that is enough? he weighs 7lbs? Thanks Tracy |

| hi tracy and welcome to yt. he could have seasonal allergies that are bothering his ears. if they are red and hes scratching i would return to the vet. he may have another ear infection or maybe it never fully healed. as for for food I would also double check with your vet if your concerned he;s not eating enough.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | With these symptoms, it sounds like an ear infection where he'll need a prescription from the vet.
