| What are you feeding? Illy is 2-years old... she has been through a couple of food trials. At the moment she is eating Orijen, which she is enjoying and she hasn't looked better. She has issues with environmental allergies so I was feeding her a RAW food diet, but she was always hungry. I was told by several shop owners that Orijen was, in their opinion, best of the best and the closest you can get to RAW, but in Kibble form. I am sure this has been asked more than once... [What is everybody feeding?] |

| Welcome to YT! Food trials? Has she been having reactions? What foods have you gone through/do you know which ingredient(s) are the source of the problem? My dogs are on Purina and RC rx diets. Champion is just another company to lump in with the rest that don't do extensive testing, don't put enough emphasis on quality control, etc. I'm not sure where oeople get the idea that it is a superior company. They are quite the marketing experts when labelling their foods. I personally don't have a big problem with byproducts, but for those who do Champion is not the company for you. I think te lack of knowledge or thought about AU import and irradiation speaks volumes.l.

| She probably was still hungry... Every dog has a different metabolism. My kiddos are on raw and Zeus gets 1.5 oz more than the suggested amount because his metabolism is fast. He gets almost the same as my 11lb cat and Zeus is only 6lb. Did you try raising the amount? If so, did she gain weight? If you and she both liked raw and did not slowly raise the amount, I would recommend trying that. But, if she's enjoying Orijen, I would just stick with it instead of going back and forth with different foods.

| I was feeding Ve'Rus . I do like this food very much and my dogs were doing pretty good on it but I think the grains may be bothering them .. Angus for example is chewing his feet and biting at his butt a lot which he never did before.. I found a new food that I like even better. Nature's Logic , I am going to give this one a try.. It is 100% natural .. I like the ingredients and the company . I like the fact that all the info you need is right on the website.. It gets a 5 star rating on dogfoodadvisor & never any recalls.. I will see how my dogs do on this one.. Nature's Logic |

| So I started feeding Illy the Nature's Variety frozen raw for one of her meals and a combination of the Instinct limited ingredient duck kibble with a little bit of canned mixed in ... She seems to be satisfied and it has totally cleared up any redness on her tummy that she had. She gives it a 4-Paws Up!! |

| I home cook. I went through many different foods before deciding to home cook. I love knowing exactly what my babies are getting in their food. And it has helped Rosie's tummy issues.
