| If your yorkie has anxiety and you use meds, what do you use? Our 3 yo, 6.5 lb yorkie mix has had anxiety problems since we got him when he was 6 months old. We've been trying all the over the counter solutions, with some, on-off success, but are now considering asking the vet for medication for Maxwell to take on a regular basis. If you have a yorkie who takes anxiety meds, would you be willing to tell me what he takes, how much he weighs, and his dosage of the medication? Thanks in advance. |

| Our Yorkie doesn't, but our PBGV does. He is 17 pounds and takes 10mg fluoxetine (Prozac) once a day.

| Callie broke a tooth in her crate one night and it gave her a fear and terrible anxiety in her crate in my room we tried everything. She would shake and pant for hours so I finally went to the vet to have her checked out and the vet said physically she was fine and recommended Reconcile so we tried it and Callie was on it for a couple months and we slowly weened her off and no anxiety at night anymore!
