| I would love it if you posted how your pups like it I got their email about this and was hoping that my local stores would start carrying it. Seems like a good supplement for the GI tract and also a tasty way to increase fluid intake. |

| They LOVED it! But their tummies didn't unfortunately. Momo had runny poopie this am & Turbo's was half & half. I picked up the pro bloom yesterday & they had some poured on their moistened kibble for din din. I'm not sure if I made it right (not enough water?) but it looked like milk @ 1st then it started curdling up like cottage cheese. The girls were ok, so I might continue giving it to them & the boys will get Wysong probiotics which they do well with. I can send you a pack(s), just PM me!

| Mimi won't eat her moistened kibble unless I drizzle the pro bloom on it! I even put some raw rabbit on top & she wouldn't eat & she lubs raw food...so I put some pro bloom instead & she licked her bowl clean. I think I gave them too much too fast, should've given a little & gradually worked up so it doesn't cause any tummy upset. But it didn't seem to bother Mimi's tummy @ all, her poopies are loll.

| I've been putting a tablespoon over Mimi's moistened kibble. I don't feed them hard kibble, I put hot water over it & let it sit for half an hr...I want their kidneys to be in tip top shape bc it's one of the organs that doesn't repair itself. I might be paranoid, but better to be safe than sorry & renal failure is too common! Anyways, the consistency is just like milk when I add warm water to it, it comes in dehydrated powder form. I put the left over in the fridge & it does separate a little, but Mimi doesn't seem to mind, she loves it. I make little batches @ a time.

| Thanks for posting! I might try some of that. Mine love ricotta on their kibble. So maybe they'll like this.

| Do you only feed moisten dry food? If so why? I thought that was bad for their teeth? I put some Greek yogurt in her morning meal. Thanks |

| I always add hot/warm water to my pups' kibble and soak it a little before feeding. Honestly, Toki never really chewed her kibble anyway and chews on her Nylabone a lot and gets regular teeth brushing so I'm not concerned about only feeding moistened food. I even add a little water to canned food when I feed it... I feel like it helps with urinary tract health which is my reason for adding some type of moisture to each meal. I have heard people say that dogs will drink enough water on their own but I just want to be sure that my pups are staying hydrated, especially while feeding predominantly dry food. I'd like to eventually switch over to just wet food but it's kinda pricey! |

This explains some reasons as to why you would feed only moistened food, it is a matter of whether dogs will drink enough water to compensate for the lack of moisture in dry dog food as compared to say a raw diet of meat. The article is a short summary of how the body uses the liquid to process proteins and the effects on the kidney and liver. So if the dog drinks enough liquid by themselves they are fine. Oh and having no solids in a dogs diet can be bad for their teeth but if you brush their teeth consistently and provide some sort of chew to cleanse the teeth they should be fine.

| Yes, I feed only moistened dry food, canned food & raw (not @ the same time, as a separate meal). I used to give them dry kibble & 2 of my guys got struvite crystals, so I had to liquefy their diet. Momo was on Hill's c/d prescription canned food & Princess the Hill's c'd kibble (bc she can't have high fat food) but she hated it. So I had to moisten everything she ate. Surprisingly, Mimi liked her kibble moistened, so I just give them all moistened kibble now. It's just easier for them to digest & doesn't put too much strain on their tiny kidneys. As for their teeth, kibble will still contribute to plaque on their teeth, just not as fast as soft food. I brush their teeth every night & once a week, they get a chew called Beams from The Honest Kitchen, it's dehydrated catfish skins. They also get dental cleanings if needed from the vet.

| Just wanted to do a little update. I've been giving them a little Pro Bloom the past week (once a day) & their stool is half the size, not stinky & very firm! I think the 1st few x's I gave it to them, I gave them too much. The girls were fine, but it made the boys have the runs. I played around w/the amount & now I mix a fresh batch, 1 teaspoon w/4 tablespoons of warm water. This seems to be the perfect amount for my guys, they ea/ get a tbspn. 1 package lasts awhile, very happy w/this purchase!

| We love it. All of a sudden a couple months ago Callie was very gassy and nothing had changed in her diet so I saw this post and a few ads and decided to try it and no more gas and her poos are more regular I am very happy with it. My local pet store orders it for me. Callie drinks hers out of a bowl every night after dinner.
