| Odd question but don't know if its normal or not. Ok, I have a little bit of a strange question to ask. We have had our 5 year old yorkie boy for 2months now. He was not neutered when we got him. I noticed every few days a "discharge" so to speak from his private areas. I just figured it was an un neutered male issue. He got neutered 3 weeks ago and I have still noticed this. Is that normal? Anyone ever noticed this with their male dog? |

| My guy has that too. I just clean him off after he potties...then I don't worry about infection...he does not clean his own.

| He had an infection a few months ago, he was treated with antibiotics and then again he was on the same antibiotics after his neuter. So any infection he had is cleared out by now |

| I would definitely talk to your vet. Discharge is not normal. A round of antibiotics does not guarantee an infection is gone. There are many things that can cause persistent infection. Keep us updated.
