| Thanks. I went nuts. I became obsessed with finding him. Then some jerk called and said he had my dog. Very shady conversation, too many weird/wrong details, although I still wanted to see the dog to make sure. But I decided not to meet up with him. Then I found another Yorkie. He had a tag so I called the owner and she described him to a 'T'. She had a litter of pups and offered me one as a reward for his return! Turns out she worked with my sister, lol. But that's how I got my 2nd Yorkie, Sophie Anne, about 1 month later. I still looked for Corey everyday, on my way to work...I would leave early and take different routes, and drove around on weekends.. After a year's time I decided it was making me sick, so I reduced my time spend in search of him. In 2000 I finally let it go, as I figured if he had lived, he was more than likely passed away by then. This is why I never let my dogs off lead, except in my yard. Never.

| Oh man. I'm sorry to hear that. I can't believe how people can steal other people's pets and be able to live with themselves.

| Kat - I am so sorry to read about what happened to your baby. That just makes me so sad to think how cruel people are sometimes. It also, in the same breath, makes me happy to see how kind and caring OTHER people in the world are and that you found Sophie Anne. Hugs go out to you across cyber space. What a long and terrible ordeal you went through and (I know) are still going through in your heart.
