Actually, that information IS Incorrect.

I have been feeding CC since shortly after I brought my pup home.
I also email with Dawn Barraco, who runs their FB page all the time. She confirmed that CC is still working on updating all of the info. on their website. [They just added the CC Grain Free Puppy Formula to their website... their canned food No Longer contains Carrageenan Gum, but instead Guar Gum... my bag of Wild Ocean states 1% phosphorus so their ash is fine.] They should be finished with the updates shortly.

I personally wouldn't repost something unless I knew for a fact it was 100% True. Especially on a forum where so many people really take this breed seriously... but that's just Me. :)

If the site was not correct and the info came straight from there site then it was correct info at the the time. I know your new to this board but you might want to respect some of the older members a little better then you do.......

There was a misunderstanding...according to the CC site, the phos levels were very high (1.7% or something like that). Someone contacted CC & found that the actual phos level was lower than stated & they were revamping their site...& they're STILL working on it? loll
I'm sure most of us wouldn't repost something if it were not true...it's just another misunderstanding.;)

I don't want to speak for Taylor, but I truly think she was initially feeling protective over an 'older member'. I don't think she had bad intentions or meant it to come off the wrong way. That said, I can see why you could have been rubbed the wrong way -- but don't let it get the best of you. It sounds like you've only recently de-lurked, and that's wonderful. So just keep posting and try to let it roll off your back - bc we'd all like a chance to get to know you. :)

From my own experience, I can understand that feeling of being protective of members who've been around a long time bc situations arise where it's important to support people in certain situations. However, I truly do think we all have to be just as protective of newbies, bc it's so easy to lose them from the forum if things go wrong for them. And we really don't want that to happen, we'd much rather have you here where we can learn from you and you can hopefully learn from us.

So anyway, maybe you two fine gals can shake proverbial hands and call a truce :D ... ? !
