Fish Oil or Flaxseed Oil?? Hi. Does anyone give their Yorkie either of these oils as a supplement? I've read that the Omega 3 fatty acids in these oils are fantastic for their skin and cost. I've heard of people buying cans of salmon in oil and giving their pup a little bit of the salmon and the oil with their food. Any info??

I havent given my yorkie a supplement yet but do know that the dry food I'am given him now the ingredients contain flaxseed oil among other things for the skin and coat. I started him on natural balance ultra premium food a few days ago. It is sold at petco and a 5lb bag cost 6.99...which to me its great considering the high quality ingredients. Heres the site for it if you wanna check it out.. http://www.naturalbalanceinc.com/products/UltDog.html

I was orginally feeding Nutro as well...right now Brady is on Royal Canin Mini Puppy. Anyway, about Wellness, tried to get her to eat it and she hated it! Try a tester bag before buying a whole bag.... I'm interested in trying Cannidea as well when she's off her puppy food.

As long as you;re giving her a super premium food she is fine Also, on the lipiderm bottle is sayd that you have to offer for at least 30 days to see results, i gave Mojo for about 2 months and was only at the end that i notice his hair looked so much healthier and shinier! I want to offer now for about 4 months and see if it gets even better
