YT 2000 Club Member | Teeka's vet visit Teeka had a vet appointment, today. She had her rabies vaccine and her 6 month check up. She weighed 3.6 lbs and is in perfect health except for a yeast infection in her ears. Since she has been dealing with the itching skin and now a yeast infection, he is recommending a totally grain free and beef free diet. I am wanting to keep her on Blue Buffalo dry kibble. I looked in the choices and Blue Freedom Grain Free (chicken & potato) is my only choice. I hope this will sooth her skin and yeast problems, otherwise I don't know what else to do! It is so frustrating to have these issues and poor Teeka is such a happy, little cuddle bug! Poor thing hated the Benadryl then the shot. She cried and whined....when they were done she practically jumped into my arms and then, just shook and cried! And now she has ointment for her ears daily and Heartgard (chewables), once a month. Poor baby!!!!

| Poor girl! As far as beef-free and grain-free, you have a LOT of options btw. Not just the BB. Is there a reason you want to stick with them?

YT 2000 Club Member | Blue is what she is presently on and my Vet liked that I was feeding her a high end kibble. Besides I won't have to do a transition with using the same brand. At least I don't think so......
