He sounds around the same size as Riley....
When I was feeding Acana there were nights I
would have to sit on the Living room floor playing
with him and throwing his kibble so he would eat.
I haven't had to do that since I switched him.
I also use a 1/4 cup scooper & he gets one for
Breakfast and one for Dinner.
I myself would be worried if Riley didn't eat both
for more than a day or two...

Don't use pro plan. There are alot better quality dog foods out there to use. I feed Blue Buffalo dry and wet. My dogs have very healthy coats and their bowels move easily. They eat the chicken and vegetables canned food and the dry. They love it and I am happy it is high quality.
