Mine avoided the 'life bits' too, so I switched foods, as I was concerned they were not getting all the nutrition they needed.

| Prince wouldn't eat the life source bits either. I would pick them out of the entire bag. My husband thought I was losing it, lol!!I contacted Blue Buff and told them about him not eating them, and they said that those bits have a lot of minerals and vitamins in them that he would not get, since he would not eat them. I had put the bits in my food processor and mixed it with a little greek yogurt, but Prince would not touch it.Meanwhile, Ian loves them! I had a small baggie of them in the freezer, and gave Ian one, and he was jumping for more. Just to be fair, Ian is like Mikey...he'll eat anything! {I don't use BB anymore, though. Ian eats Solid Gold and Fromm.)
