| perfect toothbrush! CET Toothbrush These are small & the bristles are not too soft or stiff, perfect for small breeds & cats. I got mine from my vet (I like supporting his little shopping store), 4 pretty pastel colors

| I have one that has bristles on 3 heads, so it gets all of the tooth at one time, I bought it on Amazon, but the packaging is from CainAndAblecollection.com, it was a toothbrush/toothpaste combination, called Kissable Pet Toothbrush & Toothpast combo. The toothpaste is vanilla flavored and my Emy loves it, she actually brushes her own teeth, by just biting down on the toothbrush with the toothpaste on it. |

| Some of the toothbrushes are so big that they gag or they try to close their mouth while I'm brushing & it makes their gums bleed bc the toothbrush gets pushed into their gums. So I brush their teeth w/their mouth completely open. I keep my fingers on the upper & lower teeth & pry their mouth open. Mine are used to it bc I started brushing their teeth since they were pups but Momo hates it! He fights me every time, but w/the CET toothbrush, I've been able to brush his molars bc of it's small size...he has the smallest mouth & teeth. He won't let me do the front, so I just run a cloth over them. Better than nothing loll! You might want to start training them by just pulling back their mouth on the side to expose the teeth & gently brushing. Or you can get a cloth (put some doggie toothpaste on it), wrap it around your finger & brush that way just to get them used to having their teeth brushed. I also got their teeth cleaned by anesthesia free dental cleaning earlier this year. The girls are plaque magnets! The vet checks their teeth & ok's it...if they need to go under for cleaning, my vet does it. Next year, the girl's might need to go under just to get inside their gums & get cleaned really good. If you search in your area for 'anesthesia free dental cleaning' & your fur baby is a good candidate, you should try it. They can show you how to properly hold & brush their teeth, some you may have to ask to show you.
