Ahh I see, I get what you are saying. I didn't know your were kinda Veg so that makes sense- I feel if you are killing for food than that is ok- you have to eat. Like people that hunt, I can’t stand people that hunt for “fun” I think if you are going to hunt you need to eat what you kill.

I watched a documentary on tigers that was soooo sad. It was China, too, right?

I think that's a bit different because tigers are nearly extinct... so using them for meat IMO is very wrong on a whole 'nother level.

My cousin in law is a hunter so I do understand that point of view too. He only hunts for what they eat

I get it- I wish we lived in world where they did treat the animals humane, but the reality is they don’t- I could never eat a dog, but it is way different over there so we can’t really judge what they do and how they live, it might not be for you but it is for them.

Canine Caviar canned food has carrageenan in it, it's a controversial ingredient. Carrageenan Just Don't Do It

I almost didn't open your post, but the title was so funny & got me curious loll! Just like tomato pomace or beet pulp in kibble, they can use much better ingredients in place of it...unfortunately, it all comes down to cheaper cost.=/

Wow, sounds horrible stuff to put in any food. I have never heard of it before. Does anyone know what kibble has it as an ingredient?

If it's going to be in dog food, carrageenan will likely be in the canned version & rolls as it's used as a thickening agent. It's the gelatin like consistency goop. All these canned/roll foods have carraggenan in it: Search Results carrageenan

I hope cutie Peanut does well too! Mine will be 100% transitioned to CC tomorrow for dinner (they only get kibble for dindin). I feel really good giving it to them, just love the ingredients!
