I'd personally just feed it as a special snack but it would make her kibble that much tastier! I don't think it matters too much although I'd be concerned about her expecting some tasty fish in her RC in the future

The bones and skin are just more nutrition for her...you can give it separately, like a special treat if she loves it as much as mine do, or you can mix it up in her food if you just want to incrporate it into a meal for her....

Just wanted to update you all and let you know that Fancy has lost three teeth! And her breath doesn't smell so bad anymore She is still getting a little salmon as a treat but I did switch her from RC to a food without grains and her fur is shinier and she really seems to like it. Certainly nothing against RC, this just works better for us. Thank you all!

It's Nature's Recipe grain-free easy to digest chicken. It's not that expensive but Petsmart told me I could bring it back, as long as it was more than half full if Fancy didn't like it. She really seems to like it and I've noticed significantly less scratching! I don't know if it's the grain-free or the chicken fat that's in it but it has helped her. She is at the groomer today and we get to meet her new vet tomorrow!
