My furkids Donating Member | have tummy issues............ We were camping all last week and brought the furbutts with us. Brought bottle water, and astro turf to put on the bottom of their x pen (wanted to be safe!) Lillie started with VERY looses stools Friday night and vomited (bile)...she has been having loose stools since then...eating, drinking, playing....like nothings wrong. We got up this morning and now Bentley has loose stools. I started Lillie on hamburg and rice yesterday (only vomited once...I think maybe an empty belly). Now I have them BOTH on hamburg and rice...hubby told me that all week HE was having issues...Sadie is fine....I am also giving them canned pumpkin...I know some have posted on here before about giving this to their pups...cant' remember how much though...I gave them each a teaspoon...and I BELIEVE someone posted that they give pumpkin everyday.... is it a teaspoon you are supposed to give? Can you give it to them everyday? Never had this happen before....They are acting completely normal...actually neither one of them have pooped since around 6..maybe this is a good thing?

| Your poor babies. I hope they return to normal soon and that it was just a case of nerves. Otherwise, I would visit your vet, of course. You can give 2-3 teaspoons, generally. There is always a risk that it may not agree with the pups, depending on their systems and diets. This is from when Max had a serious bout of constipation and gas: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sic...-possibly.html This post specifically: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/2982762-post4.html
