I sometimes give Toki a heaping teaspoon of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt with a little ground flax as a midmorning treat. I don't really know how much of a difference it makes but she really enjoys it!

My Zoe gets 2 small teaspoons a day of Greek plain nonfat yogurt. She loves it. She had to go on an antibiotic last week and the doctor told me to give it to her, although I have actually given it to her every day since she was 4 months old. I used to mix it in with her kibble but I am finding out she likes it plain the best and then eats her kibble later.

Plain, nonfat Greek yogurt I've heard is very healthy for their digestive systems. I used to give Sasha some in the afternoon as a snack, but I would end up wasting more yogurt than it was worth since I'm not really a yogurt eater.
