Yes that is what i am gunna do. I will clean him with hydrogen peroxide asap as well.

A male dog who is intact will have discharge on occasion & the swelling was probably Hmmm, how should I say this ???? a little hard on, LOL

And do not use peroxide on it unless your Vet tells you to as Peroxide can irritate the skin.

Only if you have an unspayed female, do you ? otherwise he did it to himself by cleaning it .

my mom has a chihuahua... but her heat has passed, you think he did it to himself by cleaning it?or how?

Yes , sometimes little boy doggies can be little piggies, lol When they clean their privates it will sometimes stimulate them. How long has it been since the Chi had her heat ?

about a month ago, I would try to keep them away... but they found a way haha... it was his first time...

Also, unless you plan on adding to the already overwhelming population of homeless pets, I would suggest that both dogs be spayed/neutered ASAP or you WILL end up with some mix breed puppies & if you look on petfinder you will find hundreds of yorkie/chi mixes in shelters & rescues waiting for their forever homes & for everyone born one will die.
