Baby Teeth Teddy just turned 8 months old and lost a tooth yesterday. I'm a little concerened because i heard that they stop losing their teeth from 4-6 months. I just want to be sure this is normal at his age. Thanks!

Most of the time, you wont be able to tell when your Yorkie loses its tooth, they usually swallow it, or maybe it falls on the ground. My yorkie is almost 7 months old and she she just lost her first tooth like a week ago =) I heard some people say that their Yorkies didnt lose all of their teeth until around 11 months, so I think your Yorkie is fine! =)

Baby teeth I'm new to the forum. I was trying to look for similar cases about baby teeth and decided to sign up to see if other yorkie owners could relate and help me quit stressing. Heffalump is just a little past 6 months and I've noticed that all his baby teeth are still there and behind is it a row of adult teeth. I don't know if I should get them pulled or should I wait for them to naturally fall out. My friend has a yorkie too but she said that her dog lost all his teeth before the adult teeth came in. Am I just stressing over nothing or is this a really big deal that I should consult with my vet?
