| I bake or oven roast chicken for the dogs. I don't like boiling meat. I also like to use split breasts and then pick the meat off the bone after it is cooled.

| I chop into small cubes then put in a skillet, add water (not submerged but 1/2 covered), then add a lid and simmer. It keeps it from getting dry and crumbly.
