| To many teeth? I would like to know if it is common for Yorkies to have to many teeth. Do they need to be pulledout?

| its not really a case of too mqany reeth, it is a case of baby teeth not falling out properly. contact your vet and see what he suggests you do, if youre baby is still a baby he might suggest to wait to see if they all fal out |

| Our yorkie had double canine teeth- the vet recommended we get them pulled out whrn we got Loki neudered so that he would already be under the gas and wouldn't have to go through a separate operation- the vet said that it was very common in yorkies. He also said that yorkies are prone to having unhealthy teeth and that it was really important to have them on a healthy diet. |

| Wait and See! All of Arties baby teeth fell out around last July/August, except he had double canines, recently the one on his left side just came out this past month. It took about 3 days, I noticed it while I was brushing his teeth that morning. The Vet. said to have them pulled, but these dogs are high risks for Surgery. So I will just wait for the other/last one to fall out too? He is only 1 year and 2 months and he already has a chipped tooth, I beleive they all have strong jaws, but delicate teeth and once they are gone you can't replace them. I think the Vets. like to be safe than sorry, but I worry about too much work being done, if I had to put him under for any reason I would do as many proceedures at once. These are high maintenance Babies! |

| Interesting, I'll let you know if Sheila has the same problem. Lol we can't stay away from teeth trouble, even with our dogs! Hopefully they don't require extraction. For those that don't know Sheila and Sweetie come from the same breeder and well so do me and Jane. Ok well maybe not kennel for Jane and myself, but the same parents |

| Dolce has double canines too....she is 7 mths old and i guess i will see if they are going to fall out on their own, otherwise i will have the vet remove them when she is spayed. Other than that all the rest of her teeth fell out on their own.

| I noticed this weekend that Cody lost a tooth after returning from the Groomer is it common to loose teeth at such an earlier age (4) months. |
