| ![]() Hey everyone, me and my gf have a 3 year old yorkie. My gf used to feed her dry dog food when she was a puppy, for about almost a year Lola had stayed with my gf's parents and they fed her human food, mostly potatoes, chicken. Move forward to now, she's staying with us again we continued her on potatoes and chicken, she got tired of it and is having bowel problems. Today I got her Royal Canin Yorkie 28 and she won't even touch it. So I'm going to try canned food. What would be the best brand/type food for her? I know its going to be trial and error but we want her on dog food. |

So I just got back from the pet store, tried the Royal Canin dry and she didn't eat it, put up Wellness Chicken and Sweet potato canned and she ate half. Going to try the Merrick Grammy Pot Pie canned later. | |

| ![]() Mine eat chef Micheals and sometimes caesars. Its not the best but its what mine will eat. We dont give it to them as a meal anyway its more as a snack for Breakfast. They eat a premium dry food so I dont consider it so bad if they dont eat a premium can food.

| ![]() Weruva canned is what we use here -- never met a dog who wouldn't touch. In fact, it looks so yummy, I want to eat it, LOL! I agree with above though ^^ Nancy1999 is spot on. ![]()

| ![]() score! So far she's like Natures Variety and Wellness but she ate more of Natures Variety. Next on the list is Wanuva (no stores that were open today had it so tomorrow), and then Blue Buffalo. She didn't eat Merrick's Chicken Pot Pie. She likes chicken so I tried to stay with chicken as the main source oh also, after she ate the Chicken and Sweet Potatoe canned from Wellness hers poop is back to normal!
