Just 2 and a half hours and I will be holding my girl in my arms. This is the hardest thing I have ever done. Just the thought of letting her out of my arms and going into such a major surgery is ripping my insides out. I keep thinking....this just CAN'T be the last time. Pat & I were talking and crying...how one little tiny girl could steal our hearts so completely and we would/will doing anything to keep her with us.

I am so sorry you are facing this w little Zhoie. DH and I were praying last eve and we are continuing to pray today for a very successful surgery and many more years w Zhoie.

Tena, when I read your post, I cried. Of course, I will hold dear little Zhoie's paws in my hands today and will pray all day for her safety. I just know she will be back in your arms and will lead a very healthy and happy life. I will be counting the minutes for another update. Lots of love to you, Pat and Zhoie girl.

Tena, hang in there. With all the prayers going up for Zhoie you know that God has his hand on her and the surgeons today. I am praying so hard and I know everyone else is too. I know this is the hardest thing you have ever faced, but just know you have our love and prayers surrounding you, Pat and Zhoie this morning and always.
