My 11 pound Happy Yorkie seems to have a swollen gland in her neck. ( One side is quite larger than the other, she was at the Vet last month they detected a positive on Lyme. She had been vaccinated so I'm still confused on the positive result. The issue is just the enlarged gland. Shes eating great, playing allot, runs around outside twice daily playing her favorite game of soccer. Does anyone know what could cause one gland to swell. She had a complete bloodwork last month all was fine ?

Vaccines are never 100% effective and this one can cause false positives when testing for the disease. There is some controversy surrounding the vaccine.
Is your pup being treated? Swollen glands are possible with the disease and your vet should be notified asap.
