| I scramble an egg, fluffing it with water instead of milk and cook it in a little bit of olive oil, no seasoning of any kind and split it between my kiddos every once and awhile- it is not a major part of their diet but they do enjoy an egg every now and then.

| Yup, every Sunday morning we have eggs and the babies get eggwhites. They flip out over eggs and always seem to know when it's Sunday.
