| YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | I just wanted to update this thread. We received our new water bowl - and the crew just loves it! Some like to drink from the fountains and some like to drink from the bowl. It is a very BIG bowl (holds 1 gallon of water). Also, the cord is not an issue. It is not exposed, and the dogs have no access to it. I give it

| YT Graphic Artist Donating Member | Well, the cord is hidden under the black plastic piece on the bowl. Then it is run under a placemat (that the bowl is sitting on) and the outlet itself is right next to it, under a fishtank (where they cannot get to it) - so it is completely safe. I was a little concerned about leaving the cord out in the open, even though I don't think they will care about it - I didn't want to take any chances.

| I'm glad to hear you and the yorkies like it. I just love the ease of it all so much, it's nothing like the petmate fountains I have. And I love that several of them can drink from it at the same time. There really isn't much cord to hide once you have a mat as you can hide most of it under it. My fountain is right beside the outlet as well so I only had to hide just a couple inches of cord that leads up to the outlet.
