				   | I am going to check messages now. To pp...great advice! I had just given him some pumpkin to see if it would help. This seems to be more than just issues with his rectal area. I'm worried about a tumor on his spine or something near his spine causing him to have pain and not be able to pee and giving him difficulty with going #2. He is like a completely different dog and its awful. We have no emergency vets in our rural area other than the one previously mentioned in this thread. Unfortunately that is the same place that I won't ever return to due to what happened today.

				   | Oh poor Louie. Hopefully your husband will be able to find a vet today that can actually help him. Praying for you and Louie.

				   | Hope that my favorite little boy is doing better. I know how you feel and you worry about these little guys because they seem so helpless when they're sick and can't tell you where it hurts. My Lola once rubbed her butt so much on the cement that it just made that area so raw; I ended up putting Desitan on her. The comment from your vet that the Blue Bunny food made her sick really doesn't sound right to me and I would make sure that he isn't pushing Science Diet because he sells it. Keep us informed. |

				   | I hope your husband was able to take Louie to a different vet and that they can find out what is really causing him problems. I will check in again. Sending you, Louie and your family best wishes.
