| Doggie Jaundice This isnt exactly yorkie related but I was hoping someone may have an answer. Tink, my white chihuahua has very short hair and her skin is always pink. Well the last few days she has been looking a bit orangish. Like there is a yellow tint to her. Any one have any clues. I am taking my boxer to the vet on monday so I figured I'd take tink with me. Just wondering if anyone had some experience with this or has ever heard of it.

| When you said that, Shana, it made me think of Leptospirosis. Has she been vaccinated for that? I hope you're wrong. Have you looked at the whites of her eyes? I don't want to scare you, but you can read this. I know it will scare you anyway, but it will give you something to talk to the vet about. http://petcaretips.net/leptospirosis.html

I dont know if she is vaccitinated specifically for that. I get her checkups and whatever vaccines she is supposed to get so I am really hoping so. I took her temp yesterday and this morning and it was normal. The whites of her eyes are normal so Im hoping this is a good sign that she doesnt have that. I think I am going to see if I cant get her in sooner to the vet. Im too much of a worry wart and now im a little scared . Thank you so much for that information. I will ask the vet to look into that.

| Lemme know what the vet says. I'm hoping she's been eating too many orange treats or something like that.

I know! Im upset because my boxer was having that weird issue and now tink is having a weird problem. My fish arent looking too good either. My sister overfed them when I was on vacation and the food junked up their tank and threw all the ph levels and all that stuff out of whack! I dont think 2 of them are going to make it. Im not having a good week .
