| Acana feeders Have you guys seen the new Acana Ranchland? I guess its more red meat. Ive had Pnut on the grassland, and just opened pacifica. Pacifica is a new flavor to him, seems like he likes it! He has been on Acana now for a year and has been doing great! I hope when I go to get my next bag they have the Ranchland!! Has anyone seen it? Has tried it on your furbutt??

| Apparantly Ranchlands dropped in Canada around April 17th. So it should be hitting the US soon. Jackson's been on Acana for over a year now, with a bag of Go! Endurance and Orijen Regional Red thrown in there at some point. But I think I'm the happiest with Acana thus far. He's eating Prairie right now. He won't touch Pacifica - anything fishy he won't eat, lol.

| I've had Riley on Acana since January and he's been doing really well. I'm feeding Raw in the mornings but we do the Acana Kibble at night. I asked 2 different stores about the Ranchlands and they both said they are hoping to get it in soon and that a bunch of people have inquired about it. |

| Brit- I hope it comes here soon!! I am going this weekend to get a new bag and I hope at least they are going to get it!! I drive 30 mins to get this food haha, but its ok b/c the pet store I get it at is right by my Brothers house, so when I go I drop by and see him and my niece, and SIL. Pnut has been on the Grassland, I just started him on the Pacifica. What flavor is the Prairie? Pnut doesn't mind the fishy taste.

| I didn't know about Ranchland! Maybe we'll give that a try. I should see if our store has any sample sizes. Layla's been on Acana Lamb and Apple for the past couple of years and she loves it! We switched from Orijen 6 Fish... not really any problems with it other than stinky fish breath all the time

| I haven't seen the new Ranchlands here yet, hopefully soon though. I fed a rotation of the Pacifica and the Grasslands for about a year and my gang loved it.

I think it's the same as with Grasslands - very little odor compared to a lot of the other foods I've fed. Mine are back on NV Instinct right now for a little variety - Acana and NV are by far my favorites as far as teeny poos and little odor.

| Some of their formulas are only available in Canada. The only Acana we can buy in the US are the grain-free versions.

| Jackson seems to LOVE lamb, too. Isn't it funny how they are so picky? You wouldn't think there'd be a difference in taste, since all kibbles look so much the same. But to them, it definitely matters, LOL. His favorite pre-made raw from S&C's is the lamb too. Jackson has never eaten anything fish. Salmon flavored treats a no-go and any fish based kibble is too. He just won't touch it, even with wet food mixed in. @BonBon -- I wish NV had bigger kibbles. Jackson loves larger kibble sizes sooo much more than smaller ones. Did ya see NV Instinct is coming out with a LID line? After our bag of Acana Prairie is finished, we MAY try out Natural Balance (as he LOVED the samples of it and the kibble size is a bit bigger) but I think Acana will always be our primary kibble, haha.

That's too funny about the kibble size! My guys schlurp up the smaller kibbles and Jackson likes the bigger ones. I've been so happy with Acana and Instinct that I don't think I'll be trying anything else anytime soon. They'll have plenty of variety between those two brands, and I feel good about feeding them, so I'm just gonna stick with what works. If I had a hunk like Jackson I'd probably experiment a little more but with my gang, I don't want to risk triggering a sensitive tummy or something.
