| MISSING Canine tooth CANINE TOOTH mising Hi I tried to ask this on the urgent topic but it got lost in that madness there so I am asking here. Is it normal for a 5 month old dog to already have adult teeth in front and ONE missing canine and three baby canine? This is completely out and breeder acted like OH wow a tooth is missing, you can tell the tooth has been out for sometime. Will a new tooth come out or he will be with only three? |

| At 5 months their teeth are usually all over the place, I woulden't worry for another 1-2 months. |

Wow, so the missing one is normal then? I wonder how long it takes to come back out? My pom is still teething, his teeth are SLOW growing and only a few front flat babies are coming out. I just didnt want to end up witha no teeth Yorkie | |

| My little 11-week yorkie just saw the vet this morning and he noted that she is missing her lower canine teeth. She still has all her other baby teeth. Will she get these canines later or are they just missing teeth? The vet said he had never seen this before in 25 years of practice. |
