CANINE TOOTH mising

Hi

I tried to ask this on the urgent topic but it got lost in that madness there so I am asking here.

Is it normal for a 5 month old dog to already have adult teeth in front and ONE missing canine and three baby canine? This is completely out and breeder acted like OH wow a tooth is missing, you can tell the tooth has been out for sometime. Will a new tooth come out or he will be with only three?
