| I need Advice! Liver Shunt or Epilepsy? My Yorkie started having siezures at around 1 year old. He gets stiff and his back legs will paddle if I put him down. I hold him for about 2 to 5 minutes and they are over. My friend told me he has epilepsy. Now I am reading about Liver Shunts- very scary- how do I know the difference? |

| Did you take him to your vet when he had the first seizure? What did your vet think? That is the only way you will be able to find out.
