| Zelda not pooing My wife and I brought Zelda home 2 days ago. She was born Nov 1, 2010 and weighed in at 1lb 1oz when we took her to the vet immediately after picking her up. She's adorable!! Will post pics when we figure out how. Anyway, since she's so small she normally sits in either one of our laps or inside my wifes sweater. She gets playtime when it looks like she needs activity and has fun with both of us on the rug with her toys. She has only had 2 small accidents with peeing on the rug but for the most part she goes on the training pad. Yesterday, after her bath a 7am (she was up early) she did poo, but it was very small. She has been eating but no poo after she eats. Should we be worried? Any suggestions? Thanks |

| Welcome to YT and congratulations on your new puppy. If she just came home the other day she is probably just adjusting to her new home and might not be eating properly. I would keep an eye on her and if she does not poop soon I would give the vet a call.

| We wish that was the case. She has taken very nice to us and has been eating and drinking well. We are going to cut back her food today and if she still has not gone then its off to the vet tomorrow morning. She had her first official meet and greet with the seven grandchildren and the rest of the families yesterday for xmas dinner. She ate up all the attention!! |

| Glad to hear Zelda is doing well! I bet she was excited with a new home and all those grandkids probably showering her with love and attention. She is probably tired out today too. BTW welcome to YT.

| Glad to hear that Zelda is now feeling better. Please make sure that your grandchildren are well supervised while interacting with her. She is very tiny and accidents happen from dropping a puppy or getting underfoot. These little one have have tiny bones that are easily broken.
