| love his bully sticks mailman brought Winston's bully sticks and he has been chewing on one all day on and off. He was so funny, when he took a break from chewing he covered the stick with a blanket so the cats couldn't find it. |

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Ha, ha, Joey does the same thing, he has to always hide his bully stick. We've been using them for almost 4 years, and I really do think they help keep their teeth clean and free of tartar. When we go to bed at night, it's my job to hold his bullystick!

| bullies When Belle gets her bully stick she always have to "kill it" first and throw it around. She chews in a lot of different locations but loves the back of the couch. We have a pillow back couch and she sticks the bully down between the pillows to hold it while she chews. Also at night when my dh is home is scratches at him until he holds the stick for her so she can chew. And, I have no idea why he questions that I want another furbaby |

| Where do you get your bully sticks? I've heard someone on YT sells them. Also, do they last very long. I have a Schnauzer who can eat anything at one sitting. Wonder how long it would take her to eat a bully stick. How long does it take a Yorkie to consume a bully stick?? I'm wondering because they are so expensive and I want them to last.

| too funny. Right now my 2 have 3 bullies to choose from and Maggie May hogs all three. No matter which one I give to Hot Rod, she wants that one too. She is not happy having the other 2, it's 3 or a lot of moping and pouting. lol

| A butcher shop is a great place because the butcher will cut these bones for you. You can also try the supermarkets. Ask the butcher if they have beef femur bones they could either saw into very small sizes or maybe they have some left over from their cutting meats. If worse comes to worse, just buy a steak that has that little round bone. I forget what that cut is called. If you don't see it at the meat counter, ask the butcher. If you know of any rendering plants that render deer, elk or other wild game for people, they have all kinds of femur bones and will gladly cut you some up in small pieces. Just clean the marrow out, take the meat off the bone, and freeze them till needed. One little bones will last forever though, because they can't actually eat them.

That happened just one time. I've been limiting him to his bully stick for about a half hour. So far so good, but do bully sticks cause diarrhea in general? Thanks | |

| I rarely hear or read of dogs getting diarrhea from bully sticks. I don't think it's all that common honestly. Maybe it depends on where you get them from.... but Jackson has one bully stick per day (usually, sometimes he only gets through half) and he's never had issues. He only had poopy problems one time from a bully stick from Pet Valu store but it was a extra smelly one, and I thought it was different, so I just don't buy from that store anymore.
