Yorkie Talker | Experience with Taste of the Wild Products Has anyone had experience with any of the Taste of the Wild products? I am trying out the Sierra Mountain Canine Formula with Roasted Lamb. The dogs were going through their previous food way too fast. The folks at Pet Supermarket mentioned that maybe they weren't getting full or possibly enjoyed the flavor of their other food a little too much. What do you think? |

| I think TOTW is the best food for your buck type of deal. It's one of the best prices you will find on grain-free foods. The lamb formula is not very high in protein, and the meat content is maybe not stellar, but I think it's a great food and I wouldn't hesitate to feed it if my baby did well on it. Their canned foods gave Jackson the runs and he rarely gets the runs from a food, so I'd be scared to feed it to him, but most dogs do very well on TOTW from what I've read. Oh, and it's made at Diamond Food Plant which used to have some issues with having ethoxuyin (sp?) in their food, but they NO longer use it. And Diamond seems to be improving in general.

| Totw I use TASTE OF THE WILD for my minature schnauzer and my Lab and they love it and do well on it. I do not have my Furbabies on it because they still are on puppy food. I think it is a great food. |

| I feed TOTW and my 3 love it. They like the roasted fowl better than the fish or bison. You can even feed it to puppies since it is for all life stages.

Yorkie Talker | Thanks for your input everyone. The boys seem to be doing much better with TOTW. I do portion their food, always have to prevent overeating, but this seems to keep them satisfied a little longer than previously. Hopefully we may have a solution |
