| Hi! I looked it up and that food is Purina. Generally, if you feed a high-quality food, they will go once or twice. Eight times is way too much. What I would do: have a stool sample done to rule out any other problems and gradually switch over to a higher quality of food. You can look at what are considered better quality foods by looking at the stickies in the Health & Diet section of this forum. Hope this helps some.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | At know at Petco they carry Solid Gold and Wellness. Petsmart carries Wellness and both stores also carry Blue Buffalo which I have fed but now I am switching because they are doing a recall as well. It really is to bad because she loved the food so much. I still like their food but I am looking for other options for the time being. I have also seen Organix at Petsmart as well and I know some people here feed that. I am currently changing foods as well and I went with The Honest Kitchen. I really like the company, and for me, I started looking not just at the quality of food but who makes the food. I want to feel comfortable knowing the company producing my pet food is working to produce the highest and best quality ingredients that are safe and healthy for my pet. I know alot of brands you can only find at specialty pet food stores that many members feed on here are also can easily be ordered online if that helps you at all. But it isn't the most convient thing either.. I hope this helps! |
