| Baby teeth When is the proper time to get the baby teeth removed? The adult teeth are in, but beings they are under a year old, wondering if the baby teeth will still fall out? |

| The best time is when they are being spayed/neutered that way both are done while the pup is under anesthesia already.

| That would be a good time, if'n we were going to spay or neuter them. SO, how long after the adult teeth are in, do you wait before having the baby teeth taken out? |

| Well in order to show you would need them out asap. So that would determine it for me.

| Oh brother...of course you're not going to have them s/n. Hopefully it's for a good reason and not because you are planning on breeding them... Last edited by BamaFan121s; 10-06-2010 at 09:35 AM. |

| I feel sorry for you. You must be a very unhappy person, to put people down like you do. It's people like you that cause the discussions to go bad, and then people leave YT because of it. I'll pray for you. I'm not writing anything else about any of this, as this is NOT what the discussion is about. |

| My little guy is 8 months old and just had 11 baby teeth extracted. It didn't look like they were budging. He actually had two full top row of teeth. Most likely if the adult teeth are all in and the baby teeth didn't fall out yet - then you should look to have them extracted. The doggie breath will be a lot better afterwards too.

I wouldn't bother wasting time feeling sorry for me. I can assure you, I'm perfectly happy in my life, just unhappy when I occasionally encounter unethical breeders, among other things. But feel free to pray for me all you like--one can never have too many people praying for them in life. | |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Just curious, did you ever get your fighting females to stop fighting? You've got the answer you needed about retained teeth so thought you might want to discuss another subject, like your fighting females or your breeding practices?
