Minimum 1.5...I give her a third of a can at a time...I also give her the senior kibbles from Fromm, minimum 11%, that's higher than I thought...The Vet said to just let her go and when she is hungry enough she will eat, but not Tessa, she doesn't eat and then she throws up the green mucus cause she has nothing in her stomach...that is why I wanted to try the tripe...

does she still have pancreatitis and being treated for it? or was that just an acute one time episode? also adding probiotic and digestive enzymes will help relieve the pancreas and heal her GI system. i use animal essentials plant enyzmes and probiotics.

She just had a mild case of pancreatitus...I never can find a maximum on any of the foods...Where do you find all that stuff for the GI system? I see the board talks about it but I have no idea where to get it...

				   | glad to see that she's eating. by the way if the can won't be used within 5 days; you can split it and freeze half of it; and then defrost it when needed. that way you can keep it fresh; i think u are supposed to use the can within 3-5 days. also i wouldn't leave it in the can; i would store it in a plastic or glass container.

Our wee one is 4 months old and has been on Royal Canin since he was weaned. He doesn't eat the biscuits from his bowl in the mornings and quite often doesn't seem interested in any food in the morning. This can sometimes go on 'til after lunch. Funnily enough he will eat biscuits from our hand when out in the garden and later on in the day he eats from his bowl! I do cheat a little with his food to encourage him to eat. He currently weighs 1KG but I get worried he doesn't eat enough so I do tend to add bits to his bowl e.g. chicken, rice and fish. Does anyone elses bundle of joy act this way?!

Please check out dogfoodscoop.com They rate dog foods and science diet is on the bottom of the list. They also explain how to read dog food labels and why they pick certain foods as top picks. You want a dog food with all natural ingredients and NO PRESERVATIVES such as BHA BHT and Ethoxoquin. Hope this is helpful my girl had a very sensitive stomach and changing to excellent quality dog food saved her a lot of stomach upset. She was with us for 17 wonderful years.

We put together a really nice sample pack of all different foods. Premium Dry Food Sample Pack If you have a picky eater this can definately help you find something you dog likes. Tripe is a miracle worker, like others suggested. Trippett has different flavors and solid gold just had one flavor.
