| any good homemade dog food?? does anyone give their yorkie homemade food?? I need to switch my picky eater!! we had him on Propac wich is what they gave him when we first got him and then we switched him to science diet dry puppy food, then he wouldnt eat only at night when he was extreamly hungry and he would throw up a lot.. the whole food in a pelet! then we had prescription for science diet wet food i/d and he loved it we ran out!! we thought it was expensive!! and we bought him kibbles and bits and he loved it at first now he hates it!! and wont eat again!! i need a homemade diet for him that will be good??? any tipss? or anyone have this problem with their dog? does anyone kno anything or anykind of medicine safe that can be given to yorkies b4 or after they go outside?? bc my yorkie eats sticks grass nuts whatever he finds outside and then at night throws it up on my bed!!!!!!! i need a quick solution!!!!! |

| all the food you mentioned are not good quality food. you can try high quality wet food; like wellness simple solution duck and rice or lamb and rice. for now since he's not eating try a bland diet like boiled chicken and rice or boiled ground turkey and oatmeal. he's eating grass because his stomach doesn't feel well. walk him on a leach and don't let him eat the grass and please feed him the home cooked bland diet to get him to eat something. also you can add probiotic to help his GI system, try animal essentials plant enzyme and probiotics. also make an appointment with a vet for a check up just in case. good luck
