| Maddie only makes it about maybe a 1/2 mile; Monkey can make it the full mile but boy is he tired. maybe I should go through the posts again and look at the dogs names and maybe some sizes but with some of y'all going 2 miles and some jogging, etc. I think maybe I am being had. Maddie will just sit down and look at me. If I ask her to keep going, she takes a few steps and then sits again. When we first rescued Maddie I was terrified because of how skinny she was. Monkey is 7 lbs and Maddie is now probably almost pushing 6. SShhhhh....I have started to think I need to get out the scale and check on her... the tummy is getting round.

| We usually take Macine 1 mile. We carry her 3/4 of a mile, and she walks about 1/4-1/3 of a mile. Sometimes she wants to keep going. At 13 1/2, she does real good. When she was young she used to walk 3 miles at a nice clip. |

| Thor's Human Donating Member | Thor must be a bionic yorkie. He needs at least 3 miles / day just to stay reasonably sane. I have NEVER had to carry him, even on 3+ hour hikes. I don't know, maybe I'm just really overestimating our mileage? Thor goes to daycare 2x/week. On those days I take him for a 30 minute walk. Generally I walk him for 60 minutes on other days. Usually we'll walk to a park, where he'll race around like he's on fire for 20-40 minutes, and then we walk back. He'd do better if I could double his exercise level, but I really have trouble fitting more in. If only I didn't have to spend so much time on YT....

| We walk at least one mile in the morning and one mile at night. When weather permits, we do more. I bought the boys 30' leashes to run circles in the front yard after our walks. |
