Roxie eats Innova EVO small bites. When she first came to me she was eating Beneful. It took me 5 minutes on YT to realize that was no good. I switched her to Nutro for sensitive stomachs, but that made her throw up all the time. She is doing wonderfully on the Innova.

I've fed Taste of the Wild for over two years now and all of my crew from pups just learning to eat to our 14 year old Boxer thrive on it. I have fed all three varieties, but my gang favors the Wetlands formula with Roasted Fowl.

We feed prey-model raw but I have recently started occasionally feeding Acana for the convenience when we are traveling/I forget to thaw food. I have been very happy thus far! Before we started feeding raw, we fed Wellness, Nature's Variety Instinct, and Taste of the Wild. I think I would probably only feed Acana/Orijen now.

I also occasionally feed Primal pre-made raw.

Ok, now after reading all these posts, I'm wondering if I should be feeding Sophie Nutro Ultra Puppy??? When I went to our local Petsmart, this is what was recommended. I aksed one of the employees, and he had nothing but great things to say about it. I really want something I can buy from there, that I don't have to order online. Suggestions PLEASE....I'm hearing all these brands, but I don't remember seeing ANY of them at Petsmart when I go.

I feed mine NB vegetarian, and they have healthy poop not vomit at all, I home cook their protein though and add it to it, and sometimes, other veggies/carbs etc

they have done so well on the bison and duck

Since you asked....google Nutro Consumer Affairs and read about how many illnesses and deaths Nutro has caused in numerous pets. I would never feed this food.

Honestly, I would be more comfortable feeding just about ANY other food than this one.

Petsmart has started carrying some varieties of Wellness - any of these would be good. They also carry Blue Buffalo....I've forgotten the name of the grain free version but I've read that several YT members are very happy with that one.

No! I would definitely advise against it. Google "Nutro Consumer Affairs". Wayyyy too many dogs got ill on it, and some even died. I don't trust them as a company at all and the food is way over priced for the ingredients.

If you need to shop at Petsmart, go with Blue Buffalo.

Edit- just saw BonBon posted the same thing as me! lol.

Sasha is on the Blue Buffalo Wilderness (grain-free) food and my other dog Prescott is eating just the regular Blue Buffalo dog food. Both are doing fantastic on this food.
