Donating YT 500 Club Member | Also, are you brushing out her coat when it is dry? If so, that could be why she is getting split ends. Always use a detangler spray (can use watered hair conditioner or purchase a product specifically for tangles) and lightly mist her coat before brushing.

| Is she a rough and tumble girl? Mine like to go outside and play rough! They pounce eachother and make eachother roll in the grass. Which causes split ends in their hair. Also when they come in from outside, it never fails they roll on the carpet rub each side of their faces as they're running! Too funny! But I never stopped them as babies so it's a daily ritual for each of them. They all do it! So thus the split ends. Well for mine anyways. Lol

| We share the same shampoo and conditioner, Pentene, and she does play rough, she's my little tomboy, with a pink bow and dress. I do brush her out at the end of the day. Maybe if I trim her hair and start new, no brushing her hair dry and always using a detangler. She's 1yr

| Uni has split ends and breakage also. She's got very fine silky hair and she is a tomboy. She plays rough and rolls around in the bed everyday. Her hair is long though, the split ends don't show too much, just when I get up really close. I've just accepted that her hair will never touch the ground. Oh well.

| Then I'm not the only one with her fur baby having split ends, and her hair isnt all the way to the floor either. But I'm ok with that.
