My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | This is just my opinion but if he were mine I would 100% leave the tail no matter what. I'd never jeopordize the life/health of a tiny. I had one born at 2 oz and still didn't get her done. She is beautiful and has a very loving home. here she is as a baby. |

| I say leave it long. They way it looks when it's long and flowing is just beautiful. My Morkies have the most beautiful long tails.

| Although I prefer a docked tail, I would never dock a tail unless the pup is between 6-7 oz. Too much can go wrong with a wee one as small as yours. I would definately leave the tail

| I'm another vote for leaving it... I'm in one of the provinces in Canada where it is illegal. My babies tail was done before this came in effect, but I would love him no different if he had a tail. I think they're really cute with tails.

| Called the Vet this morning and told her I changed my mind and canceled the appointment, she sounded surprised. Today he is 10 days old and 4oz. So I think I did what was best. He will be wagging that tail. Thanks everyone, I am glad I canceled. Will send pics of him soon. |
