I have a 5 month old yorkie who weighs a little under two pounds and she is pooping 6-7 times a day.... She's eating nutro puppy but i bought solid gold and im going to transition over the next couple days... Is this because she's so small or is it the bad food?

Honestly, most likely overfeeding. Bags often times way over estimate the amount of food a dog needs to eat. Jackson, for example, eats about 1/2 cup a day of Acana Grasslands and he's 15lbs. He can sometimes do 3/4 cup on really active days, plus some wet food. Google "Nutro Consumer Affairs" they've had a lot of issues with their foods, recalls and deaths!
