| Hobbes weighed 6 lbs at 13 weeks he now weighs 15 lbs at 15 months old. His mom and dad weighed 7-8 lbs. Can't ever tell, his brother Calvin has the same parents and weighs 8 lbs.

| It really depends on a lot of factors. I have had one stop growing much by that age and be that big at 14 weeks, and only end up 5 lbs full grown when they fill out. I also know of some that have been that size and ended up 10 lbs. The rule is to look at the grandparents, NOT the parents...you're looking at the lines, not that particular dog or his parents. Sure they play a part, but not the WHOLE part.

| Sounds like Jackson! He was 6lbs at 12-13 weeks old and now is 15-16lbs at 1.5yrs of age. His parents were 8 and 9lbs. But I did not get him from a good breeder so I'm taking her word on the weight of his parents (I saw the mom but couldn't guesstimate on her her looks alone).

| My Cody was a steady 3lbs from 12wks until he was about 5 months and we weighed him again at 4lbs. He is 10mths now and 10lbs so I would think around that for your furbaby too! |
