| Yesterday was Hell ! Yesterday was hell. My poor Bella threw up all day and started having the runs around 7pm. Around 5pm i took her to the the vet (the vet i am NOT impressed with and have had problems with with my other yorkie Ruby) he is money hungry. Anyways we went in and he took her temp (which was normal and that's it) no checking her heart beat or lungs nothing which cost me $60. Then he spent 15 min on writing up an estimant on how much he wanted to do to Bella ($910). The same vet that did 2 blood tests and a fece test on Ruby to see if she had Hook work (which she didn't) and made me treat her with meds for something she didn't have. Don't get me wrong i would spend a million dollars on my Yorkies, it's not about the money it's about this f-ing vet. Anyways i told them that i was going to get a second opinion. Meanwhile my puppy is not eating/drinking and throwing up. I was furious and scared. Well i went to two other vets after him and called my breeder. The other two vets told me she wasn't that serious and to bring her home and see how she is by the morning. My breeder and the two other vets said the $910 worth of treatment the vet wanted to do on my 12 week old puppy would have killed her and what he thought she had was completely wrong. (I am so angry, and i will NEVER go to that vet again.) Well this morning Bella has started drinking on her own, wants to play and hasn't thrown up since 4am so it looks like she's slowly coming around. Well i have an 11am appointment for Bella so i'll let you guys know how she does. I have my fingers crossed!

| Good Luck with her!! She probably just had a upset tummy. It seems the same thing has been happening to alot of the fur babies here on the forum. My litttle Gizmo (he's 15weeks 1/2 weighs at 2lbs 6oz's) had the exact symptoms. Gave him by vet's instruction's Pepto Bismol (one whole baby dropper) and he was fine. Good Luck and keep us opsted!! |

| Well Bella and i are back from the vet and i am very pleased. The vet took 45 min just checking every thing on her and he sent her home. Bella is doing better today and the vet gave me Nutripet and a wet can of Hill's prescription diet dog food to feed Bella. I also have to bring in a fece test. But other than that everything looks good so far, i just have to ge her to start eating again.
