| I thought the only way they can get rabies is to get bit by a rabid dog or animal but I could be wrong.

| My mom made a comment the other day about having to get her cat to the vet for a rabies shot, especially since he catches mice during the winter. I guess since yorkies are ratters in nature, they could potentially be at risk too if they ever go after rodents that are rabid. |
